Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before work begins

Full refund within 48 hours of payment, no questions asked, as long as we haven't yet started design work on your project. Email us at officialsiteworks@gmail.com with the subject "Refund request" to start the process. Refunds post back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

After design work begins

Once we've started design work (typically within 24 hours of kickoff), packages are non-refundable, but you keep everything we've produced to that point — design files, copy drafts, and any partial build. If you're unhappy with the direction, we'd rather revise than refund: tell us what's off and we'll keep iterating until it clicks.

Maintenance plan

The $40/month maintenance plan can be cancelled any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — no partial-month refunds, but you keep service through the period you've paid for. To cancel, email officialsiteworks@gmail.com with "Cancel maintenance" in the subject.

Domain & hosting

Domain registration and hosting fees paid through third-party providers are non-refundable from SiteWorks; refer to those providers' own policies. On cancellation, we transfer the domain and any hosted assets to you at no extra cost.

Disputes

Before filing a chargeback with your card issuer, please reach out — we can usually resolve refund questions within a day. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may delay your refund and incur dispute fees.
