By purchasing a SiteWorks package or sending us a project brief, you agree to these terms. The "Client" is the person or business buying the work. "SiteWorks" is SiteWorks Agency.
The package you purchase defines what's included. The Launch package is a single-site build. The Growth package adds advanced sections, lead notifications, and the option of an AI receptionist. The Maintenance plan is an optional monthly add-on. Anything outside the package scope is quoted separately before work starts.
We typically deliver an initial preview in 1–3 business days once we have your business details, copy direction, and any photos or logos. Delays caused by missing client materials extend the timeline accordingly.
The Launch package includes minor revisions to the initial preview until you sign off. The Growth package includes ongoing revisions through launch. Major scope changes after sign-off may be billed at a flat rate.
On final payment, you own the website's content, design, and domain. SiteWorks retains the right to display the launched site in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask in writing for that to stop.
Packages are paid up front through Stripe, Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo. Maintenance is billed monthly through Stripe. See our refund policy for cancellation terms.
Domain registration, hosting, email, and any third-party tools recommended for your site are governed by their providers' own terms. SiteWorks is not responsible for outages or pricing changes at those providers.
SiteWorks delivers work as described in the package. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the work.
Either party can end the engagement in writing. If you cancel before launch, see the refund policy. Work already completed remains billable.
These terms are governed by the law of the U.S. state in which the founders are based at the time of dispute. Disputes are resolved by good-faith conversation first; if unresolved, by binding arbitration.
